Sorry I'm no help. I got so frustrated with OPKs I just went to Ebay and got the CB fertility monitor. As far as BDing. with the OPK once you have a light line I'd BD every other day and BD the day you get the positive OPK. With my mon when I hit high we BD every other day then we get a 2 day peek. The day we get the peek we try to BD twice, and at least once the next day and the day after that.
From your first + OPK, you can expect to O in 12-36 hours after. Depending on the brand you use, you could have several days of seemingly + OPKs. I know that when I use the Answer brand dipsticks, I can get all the way up to 5 +OPKs in a row. What I usually do is compare them day by day and count my positive as the darkest test line. I am one of those who O within 12 hours of the first positive, so I usually take 2 per day to make sure I do not miss my surge. Other brands can be a little easier to use. The Clear Blue Easy digital OPKs are great because they give you a smiley face when your OPK is positive. They are really simple, but expensive.
I actually also use the CBEFM, it is the easiest to read because you either have a low, high, or peak reading. It is expensive, but so worth it. I love mine. Good luck with the OPKs, feel free to PM me if you have questions. I have used TONS over the last 15 months.
