DH and I had our first appointment with a fertility specialist today! It went well, but as I suspected, there is something wrong with me... My charts don't look good, he says I don't seem to ovulate normally. So he put me on Clomid 50mg that I'll start next cycle, then I have to make another appointment at the end of the next cycle. He also drew blood from DH and I. He's also testing me for endometriosis because I've always had very painful periods and have to take an anti inflammatory for that. So he'll have the results on the next appointment. Hopefully Clomid helps and regulates my cycles, if not, he'll have to increase my dosage and if I have endometriosis on top of that I'll have to have a laparoscopy So that's it for me Finally I have an answer to our problems conceiving!

Exactly!! I'm glad I listened to my gutt feeling and went and got an appointment, I KNEW there was something wrong! So glad I went, everybody kept telling me: "You think about it too much", "keep trying"... Obviously we wouldn't have gotten anywhere with that!!!

I'm glad you are finally starting to get some answers! Good luck on Clomid! I didn't have too much issues with Clomid. For me it was only hot flashes. I was on a larger dosage though. I hope it works well for you! And I hope you don't have Endo but if you do! Hey, its another answer!

Sounds like a good appointment. Hope that the clomid works for you! Would they also be doing regualr Ultra sounds to see at what point you are about to ovulate? This way you can be sure what your peek day is?

No idea. I guess maybe if Clomid doesn't work.
