Here's one that I just started making...that everyone loved. It's buffalo chicken dip and it's really easy!

You need...
2 pkgs of cream cheese, shredded chicken, 3/4 cup Frank's hot sauce, & a handful of cheese.

I boiled the chicken and then shredded it. Then you mix the rest together (I use a hand beater). I believe you can bake it, but I've put it in the crockpot. It's awesome with chips or veggies dipped in it.

Crock Pot Taco Soup

1 can diced tomatoes
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can corn
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can tomato sauce
1 package of ranch dip mix
1 package of taco seasoning
I have added a bad of boil a minute rice before and liked it. You can add ground beef or chicken as well!

Combine all ingredients into crock pot. Cook until simmering, usually about 4 hours on low.

Once in bowl, add a dallop of sour cream and shredded cheese. Eat with tortilla chips, scoops are the easiest!
