I went to enter today's temp on FF, and when I clicked Save, I got this message:

Quote:
Your new data input has modified your pattern enough for Fertility Friend to re-assess your interpretation.

Your data no longer shows an ovulation pattern that we can confidently identify. It is still possible that you ovulated but your pattern does not show it clearly enough to be able to pinpoint it accurately. Please check the ovulation detector notes at the bottom of your account front page.

As you enter more data, your pattern becomes clearer. The interpretation engine continuously examines your data to provide you with the best interpretation. You can read more about chart interpretation here.
I don't get how 98.40F changed my entire pattern... ?? I'm lost.

I would take it as Clomid really messes with your temps. The program follows guidelines and Clomid is just messing up your temps making it difficult to follow the deadlines. Have you been using OPK's? To confirm that you O'd or were you relying strictly on temps?

Edited to add:
K...after I posted that, I went and looked at your chart...You have an obvious temp shift...more than 3 days of high temps to confirm O...Plus your OPK...This one doesn't make any sense to me either...Are you a paid FF user? You can go to that 'ask a pro' section in the forums or whatever its called...I can't remember. I used it once or twice and the girls there usually come back with some really helpful information.

No I'm not a paid FF user. I have my appointment with my OB tomorrow so, we'll see. What I don't understand is that most charts I look at, when they O there's a significant temp rise, but not for me... I always get a rise of like 0.3 or something like that...

Your temp rises after O are pretty much what mine looked like. And I O on cue every month without the help...so even off the Clomid, my charts at and around O time are pretty similar. It was always the day 2 or 3 past O that I usually got my big spikes..if you want to call them big, lol.

So I just got back from the hospital, without an answer though... My OB was not there today so I saw another one I showed him my OPKs:

He thought CD 13, 14, 15 and 17 looked positive And he looked at my chart and said I O'ed either CD 16 or 17... And then, when I saw the nurse, for the info on IUI, I showed her my OPKs and she thought CD 15 and 17 looked positive How is that possible? To have CD 15 +, but 16 - and then 17 +... !!!

Also, I thought that to confirm O, they did a U/S to check if the follies were mature? Well the nurse didn't talk about that. And the flyer she gave me, talks about EITHER an ultrasound OR OPKs... So I'm supposed to trust my OPKs? They are so unreliable!!! Why am I not getting an ultrasound??

Here's what they did for me...I was to take an OPK the day before I was due for the ultrasound. If my OPK's were positive, they were just going to schedule the IUI...if they weren't (and they never were for me) they would do the ultrasound...see how many follies I had and if they were mature and then they would decide whether or not to trigger. I'm not sure why they wouldn't tell you about an ultrasound...maybe call and ask for a clarification???

Oh, Marie, I am so sorry there is so much confusion. However, I would maybe call them and tell them that due to your OPK's being so unreliable that you would prefer to do the u/s. It sounds like in your info that you get to have one or the other. I would pretty much insist upon it. Keep us posted!

Thanks Donna.

The nurse I saw yesterday called back this afternoon. She said they automatically do U/S for ladies who take 150mg or more of Clomid. But if I insisted on having them, I just had to call and come on CD 12, every other day. She agreed that my OPKs were not that clear. But we decided to try the first month with OPKs, and if it doesn't work, we'll try the U/S
