I'm going back to my ob/gyn next week. What tests should I ask for? I've been on Metformin since January and not 100% positive that I am even ovulating. My last appt FSH and LH levels were checked (normal) and of course, insulin. So what next?

I'm sorry...I really have no input here as I seem to ovulate normally but cannot conceive. I just wanted to wish you luck! I hope you get some answers that help you move forward!

I do not ovulate regularly and they really didn't monitor me closely to see if I really was ovulating or not. They did blood work after the first round that I did of clomid and it did confirm that I ovulated. However, I do not know now if I ovulated on any of the other times. Maybe ask about monitoring, especially if you don't think that you have. For me, this was just blood work.

It would help if you charted... Most doctors will ask to see your charts.

It really sucks because charting is kind of out of the question for me. Not only do I always forget (until I have been up and moving around) to take my BBT, but I also work shiftwork so it's impossible to temp consistently and at the same times. I work days and graveyards
