Hi ladies! I guess I can now officially post in here since it's been over a year since we started TTC!
I started charting this cycle and it looks like I may have a LPD. From the looks of my chart it may only be 8 days! I have a Drs appointment Friday the 15th and I will definitely bring my chart along! I have been taking prenatals this whole year but I guess they don't contain enough B6 to help lengthen the LP.
Does anyone else have experience with this?? Is it something clomid will "fix"? Or is there something else he will more likely prescribe?

I used B6 (50mg)and it lengthened my LP by two days right away (from 26 to 28 days). This lasted for a few months and then my cycle went back and forth from 26-28 days. I started taking b50 complex so I would have both b6 and b12 a few months ago which helped stabilize it back at 28 days. I did get pregnant, but m/c. I am still taking the b50 complex so we'll see what happens

Thanks for your input. I am going to get some b complex in a few minutes, and some red raspberry leaf tea. Hopefully that will help.

Sorry about your m/c!

I'm seeing a naturopath at the moment and she has me on red raspberry, red clover, nettle tea as well as PABA. Not sure what works for what, though!

What is PABA? How much of the red raspberry did she tell you to take? I read 1000mg but that seems like a lot! lol.

I do not have any experience with a short luteal phase but wanted to wish you good luck!

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you about paba. I was away on vacation. Im not really sure what PABA does. All I know is about this study. See link for info:
PABA
Right now I'm at a a 12-day luteal phase while taking everything I mentioned in my previous post (though I wasn't really taking anything in the right amount while I was away). This should be my first complete month taking everything that was prescribed by the naturopath so we will see if I can get to a 14-day luteal phase or pregnancy!
