Is anyone here using vitex? Or, had success with Vitex. My naturopath told me to start taking it as she thinks it will help with possible low progesterone

I used it for like a month or two, didn't change anything for me... When you have a real problem, I don't think natural remedies work.

I started using vitex on June 3rd, so it's been about two and a half months now. The cycle before I started my cycle was 41 days and o'ing on CD29. Another forum I am on suggested I try the vitex to even out my hormones. The first cycle on it my cycle went down to 33 days o'ing on CD 21, and the following one was 31days o'ing on CD18. As you can see, it has definitley been working for me. I am yet to get pregnant, but I'm trying to have patience since it's still working. I had my Mirena IUD taken out July of 2010 so it's been just over a year now of TTC. We are trying for our second child. Our first was not planned so the whole TTC thing is new. I would at least try it out. I got mine off amazon and it was a pretty good deal. Good luck!
