Hey all, I am meghan. I mostly just lurk on here, but everyone once in awhile I have a question and decide to come out of the wood work! lol.
My husband and I have been NTNP for 4 years, and haven't had any pregnancies. I am very curious about soy, i tried looking up information about it, but couldn't find that much. So, I was wondering if any of you had experience with it and could give me some pointers! Thanks!
First of all, before I would begin taking supplements I would start tracking your cycle more especially since your NTNP. I've never personally taken it, but I know someone who does. She takes it CD1-7 and says it's shortened her cycle and given her much better EWCM. I would try tracking when you O and doing a DTD pattern. Like EOD CD10, on O day, and a few days in a row past your O date just to be sure.
I used to take soy...I can't remember when exactly I took it...I think I took from CD 1 up until the day I O'd (which I always knew because I was hardcore tracking my cycles). I know some people who have gotten pregnant while using soy but I'm still here and childless. So I didn't have a positive experience. It wasn't negative in any other way than I never did end up PG.
