Hi all.
Last month we tried the soy isoflavones for the first time. I have nothing even close to a regular cycle! I am not sure I ever ovulate. If I do, it's a very very minor shift in temp to help me tell. But this time, I got a big temp shift and I think I actually ovulated for the first time in I don't know how long!!

Has anyone else tried this, or had any luck with it?

Hi there!
The soy DID make me ovulate. And that is our main issue. So if I had kept using it, it might have been great for me.

Unfortunately, since my cycles are so dang irregular, I never got a period after my ovulation. So around day 60, I went to my RE and got provera to start a cycle. He also gave me clomid to try this time. So I'm trying that instead of the soy. BUT, if I didn't have the clomid, I would have given soy a couple more tries. I do know a couple of people it has worked for! So I really really hope it works for you!!
