Hi there. I'm so sorry no one responded in a shorter time.
I hope you are still checking in to see some ladies who gave some opinions!!

We got our first bfp with them I would definitely recommend them. We combine them with preseed.

Not a dumb question!! I had no idea myself a couple of years ago.

They are soft-ish cervical cups. They sell them in the period protection aisle in the store. For ttc they are used to hold the semen up close to the cervix for a few hours. You can run and jump around and everything still stays right there

Softcup Cervical Cap by Instead

Warning! - The first few times you use them, they might be hard to pull out until you get the hang of it. You may make a mess too, might want to do it at home, instead of the work bathroom or something the first time. Worth it, but just want to throw that out there so you aren't surprised the first time

I found some of those at Walmart and I only usede in one cycle so far. I didn't get pregnant but I'm going to try them again this cycle. I definitely suggest removing them while you're sitting on the toilet
