Hi all.
This is for all the ladies trying out clomid.
A thread to check in and see how we are all doing, check about side effects, questions about whatever.

I hope we all make just a short stop by clomid before moving to a due date club!!

Who is out there right now on Clomid?

I will be starting mine again in May. I had a loss in the end of March and waiting now for six weeks. Hopefully that time flies by!!

I just took my first round of Clomid. I was already on day 6 when I went to see my dr, so I did 50 mg twice a day for 3 days. DH and I are now on day 6 of a 10 day timed intercourse cycle. I'm hoping this works. I have PCOS and have not been ovulating, but I had an SIS and HSG that showed good lining, open tubes, and no cysts on my ovaries. My uterus is also upside down, but I guess it's a common thing (1 out of 5 women have it) and does not impact TTC. While taking the pills, I had emotional sensitivity, feeling like I could cry at the drop of a hat. Now I have hot flashes (usually just at night), stomach upset, and nausea. The joys of TTC!

I am not on clomid currently. I'm waiting about a month to get back on it. But I did do two clomid cycles. The first time I had horrible mood swings and hot flashes and cramps around O time. The second time I didn't have side effects, and so I thought it wasn't working, but it did

Glad your tests went well Good luck to you!! Do you chart to know if it's working to make you ovulate?

I had my 6 week follow up on Thursday. (We lost our son to a cord accident at 23.5 weeks on March 1). Dr. said he would start me on clomid after my next cycle (May or June). He thinks maybe now that I have been pregnant, we will be able to conceive naturally this next cycle. After having tried for 22 months with no luck prior to going on the clomid last September, my hopes are not really high that it will work this month. AF FINALLY showed today, so I am happy to at least know where I am at now.

Smsturner, my period started on 4.29, 7 days after I finished Provera. I started clomid on 05.01 and finished it on 05.05. We are now at our "baby dancing" week. 7 days with every other day BDing. Doctors appointment will be scheduled for May 31....fingers are crossed tight that we get a BFP!

I am still a clomid wannabe, I will start it next cycle on days 5-9 (hopefully around June 18). How are the rest of you ladies doing with your clomid cycles?
