What kinds of tests has your doctor done on you? Do you have any diagnosis as to why it's taking you longer than expected to conceive?

They won't test yet, but there are four theories at this point. One is that something went wrong during DH's hernia operation which would probably leave him completely infertile. Another is that his blood pressure medicine is causing problems, but we were TTC for 3 cycles before he went on that. Another is just swimmer issues and the fourth possibility is that my hormones are too out of whack and it's affecting my eggs.

So far I've had a bunch of blood tests and one of those x-rays where they put dye into you to make sure there's no blockages in your tubes. I go in 2 weeks for an internal ultrasound and for a follow-up appointment to see if they figured anything out with the tests.
