When you have an appointment for you do you take baby/kids with you or get a babysitter?

My MIL/SIL will watch them when ever I have an appointment.

Usually I schedule them when they are in school so I don't have to find a babysitter. Summertime they stay with a babysitter.

Usually I do them when the kids are in school. If it's an appointment in Des Moines (an hour or so away) we take them with us and end up going to the mall or something, and grabbing a bite to eat at our favorite Chinese place.

It depends on what kind of appointment. If it it a dentist I take them with me and have them stay in the waiting room. If it is OB/GYN, then no way !. They stay at Daddy's office, or with a friend.

I always find someone to watch Brady for my appointments. He's too crazy to take with me, I have a hard time talking to the dr when Brady's there trying to check everything out.
