My daughter doesn't, but my son has a tiny one on his right shin. It's just a little brown square shape.

Sierra has a small white bump on her ear lobe. Will has a leaf shaped brown spot on his right thigh.

Brady has a brown one that goes around his knee on his right leg. It's barely noticable in the winter but it gets darker as he tans in the summer.

Will's gets darker in the summer too. DH also has one shaped like a leaf on his knee of his right leg. Will is so cute because he said one day....."LOOK MOM! Even though he isn't really my father, God knew he was gonna be my Daddy so he gave us matching marks!"
