Tayla goes to bed at 7pm and sleeps till 5:30-6a...we were keeping her up till 8:30p in hopes she would sleep later she was getting up anywhere between 4:30 and 5:30. I read this book "The no cry sleep solution" and it said that if she isn't getting enough sleep it will actually make her a terrible sleeper (which she was up at night alot) so we started putting her to bed earlier and she sleeps through the night almost evernight and sleeps a little later in the am...yay!!! I felt terrible though because in the summer it's still light outside! But she is happier and seems to have more energy.

ps I figured out why she was sleeping terrible...she needs to have a later nap...she used to go down at 10 and sleep for 2 hours...now she won't so today I kept her up till 11 and she slept for 2 hours...I guess she's just getting bigger.

Nolan is asleep at 9:30 now and wakes at about 8:30----we can adjust that as needed and he still gets 11 hours straight. He get a 2 hour nap each day at around 1pm

Most of the time Caleb goes to sleep around 10:30 or 11 and sleeps until about 8 or 9 am, but he sometimes wakes up a couple times during the night.

Sierra and Will go to bed around 10pm and get up at 6 am during the week. On the weekends Sierra stays up later, but Will still heads to bed around 10 or 10:30. They are usually up by 7 on the weekends.
