I do not have endometriosis which really surprised him. I did have a bunch of adhesions in what he called the posterior cul-de-sac where the tube meets the ovaries and grabs the eggs though, he said probably from an old infection or inflammatory process of some sort. He wasn't sure but said it wasn't important since I don't have any infections now. He removed those adhesions and said that other than that everything looks great, tubes and uterus is fine, and he thinks this will greatly increase our chances of conception. Especially when we add clomid and or femara next cycle to combat my late ovulations. I'm really getting excited! Hopefully this worked and I'll have a sticky BFP in no time!
Thanks ladies. I was pretty surprised to find out that I didn't have it, but pretty excited that I can start trying again right away! And I go in for my post op appointment on October 1st, so even if I don't catch the egg this time, we'll already have a plan and prescriptions for next cycle!
