Does any of your friends parenting methods drive you crazy? What are they?

My sister lets my nephew by with everything, he has failed school three times now because he refuses to do his work, he will come home and have a zero on his test, and she pretty much takes orders from him, makes me want to scream, so I rarely go around them. Then there is one of my really good friends who is the opposite, she constantly yells at her kids and is to hard on them. Of course my little one is quite spoiled, he threw a tantrum in church yesterday during a dedication(they were dedicating a new baby) I wanted to crawl under the pew.

My sister......she ignores her kids most the time. Let them "cry it out" no matter what's wrong with them and such. Screams at her 18 month old if he cries, things like that. It annoys me to no end, but there isn't much I can do about it.

My BFF screams and spanks----both things I don't do routinely, if rarely. Different parenting methods, and she doesn't do that to my kid, so I mind my own business.

My SIL picks up her daughter the moment the kid squeaks. She's so attached now that it took MONTHS before my MIL could even watch her for my SIL to go to the bathroom.
