I know we have talked about this before, but how much longer are you giving yourself to TTC before you take a break or stop entirely?

Every cycle I say this is the last, but I don't know. Now that it's coming down to the end and I don't have any symptoms I am thinking of doing another round of clomid. I know we will never stop just ntnp.

I don't really know. I'm 38 so I don't know how long I should keep trying. We're taking it one month at a time *sigh*.

I'm not sure. I said that this was going to be the last cycle on Clomid because I don't feel it is the answer for me and because it is the 6th round, but I was told (by a friend) that when you start over that the clock starts over. I had done 4 rounds of Clomid and then went on bcp for 2 months to try and regulate my system and now this is my second round. So, I guess I have more Clomid cycles in me. However, I'm not sure that is what the RE will want. I finally asked for a referrel and depending on what happens with him, I will see how much time I have left in me. I am thinking maybe another year and then maybe I'll be done.

But...really, who knows! Hopefully I won't have to find out!

I have one child and I'll be 36 in July, I'll have to keep trying for #2 until my first IVF in January. I've decided that after 3 failed IVF attempts, I'm done. We'll start looking at adopting then.

I will keep trying till I am 30, may try to take a break soon, I really need to take a break, most days now I know better what cycle day it is than I do what calendar day it is, so I know that my life is totally wrapped up in ttc

I don't know - it really depends on what the insurance will cover (if they will cover an RE or not). We may take a break (ntnp) in the spring.

I think we might take a break in the spring if we haven't had a BFP by then. March is the 3 year anniversary of TTC, and I think if I make it to there I need a break for a bit and then maybe it's time to think about IUI or something.
