Now that my blood work is finally in they confirmed mild PCOS. All of my levels were "pretty normal" except my estradiol which was low enough that they said it indicates mild PCOS which they already suspected. So that's that. I'm at CD 21 and still no CH's when the Clomid should've made me O around CD 14 so they may bump me up to 100mg next cycle. She's going to call me back on that.

Sorry abou the PCOS but it's good that you have a diagnosis. Hopefully the higher dosage will be what you need to get that BFP!

It seems like PCOS is becoming more and more prevalent.

Just wondering, what CD did you have Estradiol checked. Do you know the number?

They checked my hormones on CD 3 and didn't give me the specific numbers. They just said it was low enough for mild PCOS. I'm glad to have the official diagnosis though and after looking into things a little more closely we think a LOT of women in my family have it. We know my cousin does and unfortunately it seems to be killing her. That's a long story in itself though and not a common one!

I am glad they found the reason. What about clomid and Met or Gluc ? I have a cousin who did that she was able to get pg asap.

My OB doesn't believe in Metformin right now so she won't prescribe it. She didn't even test me for insulin resistance which makes no sense to me. I'm going to talk to her about it more at my next appointment.
