Just wondering if you were home yet. I couldn't remember if you were having a same day surgery or if you would be in the hospital. I hope all went well and that you have a quick recovery.

hi girls, surgery went well, just really sore from the lap gas, but all went well. I'm quite embarassed as I was very, very nervous and was a bawling mess as they put me under and when I woke up. Knowing too much is a bad thing in my world. Good news is that the right ovary was a little larger than normal, but looked normal and there were no cysts to remove. He removed two small ones from the right, sent them off for pathology, but otherwise he said things looked good. Now I wait for the operative report to go to the fert clinic, and see when they plan on cycling me---wow, progress! I'm having lots of shoulder/chest/neck pain from the lap gas, but it really isn't any worse than when I have active cysts. I'm babbling, on lotsa heavy meds
I'll be on more tomorrow.

I'm still sore, but feeling a bit more human. Can't wait for this gas pain to go away...
