Just curious to see what everyone else's New Year's Resolutions are. Did you keep the ones you made last year? How do you plan to keep the ones you are making now?

Some of mine are thing I want to continue doing, others are new ones. They are:

1. Lose 50 pounds before 1/1/10
2. Eat healthier ~ drink less soda
3. Read my bible for 30 minutes daily
4. Spend a minimum of 30 minutes a day in prayer.
5. More time focusing on the family (less time online!)
6. Get better at keeping up with housework.
7. Put $1500 in savings.
8. Date nights twice a month with DH. (even if it's just getting a sitter so we can have a quiet dinner at home and watch a netflix movie!)
9. Volunteer more. (Not many chances in my rural town, but I am going to make little hats and scarves and things for children of all ages and then donate them to the children's hospital about an hour away just before Christmas next year. I hope to have 50 hats and matching scarves and 100 baby hats by then.
10. Begin the process (or complete the process) of buying our first home.

ETA: Wow....that's a lot. It's going to be hard, but I am going to do ALL of it this year!

Wow steph...that is an impressive list.

I haven't really thought about it yet but some things jump right out...

1. Have more patience!
2. Lose 25lbs
3. Save money (this never happens but maybe if we come up with a goal we'll have more luck)

I will add more later.

I haven't really thought about it much.

I would like to get the house more organized.
DH and I need to go through our room/closets and donate to good will.
Finish painting the remaining rooms in the house so everything is "fresh" looking.
Eat healthier.
Exercise more. (loosing weight is a plus - I really need to focus on the ways to loose weight and not just dieting)
Get pregnant - LOL

I don't really do resolutions. Every time I have ever had them, I never kept any of them so I jsut quit making them. However, some things that i would like to continue doing...
learning how to save money by shopping thrifty
keep working on cleaning my house
loosing weight
serving the Lord (in one way - I would like to homeschool my son next year, in 8th grade, but there are some barriers to that right now so if it is the Lord's will as I believe it is He'll remove the barriers so that I can do it)

Steph, you have some very good resolutions!

I guess I need a new set now.

Don't gain too much weight
Don't go crazy spending on baby
Try to work out more often if the doctor says it's okay
