Hi everyone, I am Lou (real name Loretta but i'm not too keen on it) I am 33 years old and I live in Kent, UK.
I have a 10 year old daughter from a previous relationship and i'm married to Richard, we have been married for 3 months. We have been trying for our first child for just over 2 years.
So far we haven't had any testing done as our doctors, but we have done home tests for his sperm count and for my fertility and everything came back normal, we are both overweight so are going to lose weight this year (I did try before but it bought on a gallstone attack, something to do with not enough calories, but i have had my gall bladder removed now) I so want to make him a daddy and with every month that passes i die a little more inside, but i know we will get there someday, we have to, i want this so much!

I am looking forward to getting to know you all. Lou xx

You should really get some basic blood work done if nothing else. At least it'll check over your hormones so you better confirm that things are okay. All it took was b/w and a scan to show I had PCOS. Then 2 cycles later we got our BFP. Sometimes that's all it takes. I hope you get yours very soon.

I agree with Anna. Actually that is how I found out I was hypo so the whole year before having the B/W was really a waste.
