On an exercise plan, and what are you doing?
I'm working at getting 5 miles in on my treadmill each week, I did it last week!

I don't really exercise but I do walk to work. It's about a three mile walk 4 times a week.

Thanks. Corey and I try to walk every where. We live a small town with a lot of things in walking distance. Although people think we're crazy for always walking. It might take more time than a car ride but it's good for your body. We've also went through many strollers taking Teddy on walks.

We're really bad for driving everywhere here. I rarely even walk to get the mail, its seriously half a block away-I just pick it up as I drive by! In the summer I used to throw DS in the stroller and get in a half hour walk, maybe three times a week, but nothing more.

I occasionally walk or use an exercise bike, there's not allot of stuff I can do because of my back and left leg.

I've just started doing my elliptical again - I started at 5 mins a day, 4 days a week & want to work up to 30 mins a day, 4 days a week. I'm right now supposed to move up to 15 mins a day this week.

I do my Biggest Loser CardioMax DVD 6 times a week. I'm working on adding some strength training in too. I just need to get some more weights and resistance bands. At the moment all I have is a set of 2 pound dumbbells and a set of 5 pound dumbbells.
