Never had a personal trainer.

I had to see a dietition with my 7th pg since I tested (false) Poss for GD. basicly was put on a loose Atkins diet.

I lost about 10 ponds on that diet but I think eating all that cheese and fat is not healthy. Very LOW carb.

The GD nurse was horrifed I was loseing weight I treid to to tell her I need more carbs and I am NOT gd. She said that NOT possable to fail..well I am proof LOL Thank God my Dr believed me as it happened to her!
