Are you doing a specific workout routine? Right now I'm doing Jillian's 30 day Shred
Do you use workout equipment? just free weights, treadmill, elliptical
Do you use weights? yup

Are you doing a specific workout routine?
Currently I am doing the Jillian Micheals 30 day shred. After this I'll go back and finish up my BL Cardio Max DVD and then I'll do the BL Boot Camp DVD (each a 6 week program)

Do you use workout equipment? Currently just free weights. I'm getting a treadmill and possibly an elliptical with my tax return very soon.

Do you use weights? Yep. Just small free weights though. I don't want to be bulky.....just toned. I use anything from 2-8 pound dumbbells.
