Several people were interested in doing the biggest loser contest, so I want to get this rolling. Let's plan to start on February 16th. Make sure you vote on how long you want this to run. At the end of the contest there will be blinkies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. I will also make a blinkie for each person who competes telling how much you lost during the contest.
I really think that in order to give us all a little accountability, when we weigh in, we should take a picture of the scale so that everyone knows we are all being honest. We'll decide what day/how oftn we want to do weigh ins, and then we will all weigh-in on the same days.
You pick your own workout, and I'll be posting some daily challenges too. Each person will have their own thread to post pictures, record weight and measurements, and keep a journal if you wish. There will also be a daily topic to log your food. Many times we just don't realize how much we are putting into our system until we write it down. If you are interested in doing the Biggest Loser DVD's they are available on Amazon.com or at Walmart for less than $10 each. All they require is hand weights, medicine balls and bands, but each video tells you how to complete the exercise without the equipment, or you can even use simple things like water bottles, or soup cans as weights.
