It depends on the size of the blinkie, how many layers, how much detail and the blinking pattern I use for the border. This one took a while. I don't know exactly because I would work on it for a bit and then do something else, before coming back to it. Some I have done as quickly as 15 - 20 minutes.....others, I've spent a couple of hours on. I've noticed that I'm getting faster the more I do it though.

right click it and "save image as" then go to photobucket and upload it there. Then you use the IMG code and paste that into your siggy.
