I'm in the middle of a failed IVF cycle, I'm having a poor response to the meds, and I have low ovarian reserve, my ovaries are old We went in for our final bw and u/s today-our option with only 3 possibly 4 follies ready to trigger is an IUI on Monday. I'm doing my trigger at 11pm tonight, dh does his
sample at 0730 on Monday, and I do IUI at 1030h on Monday the 23rd!!! The RE who
saw me today seemed pretty hopeful that I could get a bfp out of this iui since I'm just an
ovulatory issue, with a clear hsg and a great SA, so we're staying hopeful too! If this should
fail, we'll be back in June for a more aggressive IVF protocol, which she's pretty confident should help me get more eggs. I can poas on March 9th Here's to hoping! :biggrin:

Please don't get down gal, There is a girl on my plus size mommies board who got her bfp on her first iui try after trying on their own for a long time, and they also only had ovulatory issues, I will pray that you get your bfp this month girl.

The IUI is done and all went well! The whole procedure took 6 minutes, and that included the talk before and afterwards, DH stayed in the waiting room with DS-guess he missed it I wasn't crampy until about 7 hours later, I hope that's a sign that my follies are spitting out eggs! I'm hoping the end result of this failed IVF cycle is a good one Thank you for your support! And I can do a hpt and hcg on March 10th!! Like I'll wait that long...
