What does your current workout routines look like?
Here's mine. Early AM I do the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (20 minutes) After lunch I do 30 minutes of weight training, followed by 1 hour on my treadmill. In the evening I do 200 crunches, and sometimes another mile or two on the treadmill.
