Can you believe that it's March already? How is everyone doing? Any big plans coming up? Where are you in your cycles?

AF showed up today. UGH. I am going to start temping again just to see what is going on with my body. I want to see if I am even ovulating, and if I am, when?

Ok. Now I am really confused. AF lasted an hour and a half. That's it. Not even spotting now and my cervix is high firm and closed. I tested yesterday and it was a BFN. I'm debating testing again tomorrow.

Well, no need to test. Cramps and AF are here full force.

Sorry that the daily questions were so late today ladies. I spent most of the day in bed with my heating pad.

I'm happy it's a March because each day gets us closer to spring. Although I'm a little sad about work. The only person I truly considered a friend there got laid off and her last day was last Friday. I worked with her almost every day for almost 4 years so I miss her. She's okay with it though because she's been burned out from that place for a long time so I know it's for the best and she'll be happy but it's going to take a while to get used to her not being there.

In other news I'm going to be paying off another credit card this week.

I'm on day 5 of my cycle. I'm going to take a break from TTC with MA because I can't afford to buy the pills and do the tests while I'm trying to throw every free dollar I have at my credit cards. I still want another child but I think I'll wait for the MA until after I free up the money. Still going for NTNP though.

My appointment went great, they put me on vitamin b12 shots, and a diet pill/appetite suppressant rx, and so far it really seems to work which is great, I have plenty of energy now.

Marie, you should be testing soon right.

Steph hope you are feeling better

Jenny hate to hear that you will take to take a break from ttc/ma, I understand though, it can be costly, and congrats on paying off more debt, that must feel great. I have my disability hearing in may and I am praying that I win cause they owe me like two years back pay and then we could pay some people off, we have one company trying to garnish dh's wages(it's a long story and a horrible nightmare, that basically started when I became disabled/ruptured my disks)

Jenny, I completely understand the break. That's part of why we are on a break right now. What we were doing wasn't helping, and what they want to do my insurance doesn't cover, so I need to save up the money. Hopefully this time next year I am going to do IUI with injectibles. The only think is, IF I can convince Matt to go for it, it's definitely going to be a one time shot I think. He really doesn't want to put anymore money into it because he thinks it's going to happen naturally. I am really thinking injectibles as my one last shot.

I hope those of you on a break feel renewed and stronger when you start trying again. I've had one month off in 29, I'm nearly ready for a break too.

I've been testing daily, I'm hoping tomorrow the hcg trigger is finally out of my system and I can get a "real" bfp by next Tuesday

Although I doubt I'm going to get pregnant unless I have the MA, I'm okay with waiting. I know it'll be worth it. Once our credit cards are paid off, we'll be in a better position all around. We're also going to see about getting a house which would be nicer to raise two kids with instead of having 2 kids in a 2 bedroom apartment. It does feel great to pay off the debt, it's a like a huge weight is getting lifted off my shoulders.

Good luck Marie. I hope you get a BFP.

another bfn today, I'm 11dpiui

I would really like to start working down some of our debt, the IVF cycle really added a good chunk to the already big pile

I hope your BFN turns into a beautiful BFP in the next few days Marie!

I've talked things over with DH, and we decided that we are going to continue things like we are right now (NT/NP) and hope for a nice surprise during that time for at least a year. We may go back to timed intercourse at some time during that year, but no MA. In a little over a year. (Probably summer of next year) then we are going back to the RE and going to do IUI with injectibles. We had discussed it with him before and he was willing but said it probably wasn't necessary. I'm certain that if I go back and talk things over with him again he will be willing to do this. We will only have one shot (because of finances) so we are going to use a very aggressive protocol and hopefully have a successful pregnancy. If it doesn't work.....we'll be done. Matt doesn't feel comfortable with IVF and we can't keep sinking all of our money into this. It isn't fair to Matt or the kids.

So hopefully I'll get a surprise before then, and if not, I'll be praying for one, or even better....two from IUI. If it doesn't happne though.....I'm starting to come to terms with the fact that this might be as big as my family is going to be. I don't like it, but I'm learning to accept it.

I'm happy it's March since it's getting closer to my son turning 3. But then that also means we are inching to the 2yr mark off ttc#3. I'm on cd5 today and not hopeful for this cycle at all since last cycle was annov.
