My husband has very few clothes b/c he refuses to spend money on himself and he never wears what I buy for him so I don't bother anymore. All but one pair of his jeans are completely covered in holes. Can I say I hate it when we go out in public like that, or he shows up at DS's school for a meeting in holey jeans?? He does a load of his laundry almost every night before he goes to bed.

All of the clothes that I really wear and need can fit in two loads, so I just do it all at once, once a week. Same goes for my son. I do his about once a week also.

Of course if there is something in there that is dirty and I want it before the week is up, or we have somewhere to go and we need to wear something specific, we do a small load.
