I'm running out of ideas ladies. Help me out. What are you making for dinner tonight?

Tonight is a do it yourself night for us & tomorrow is hamburger helper. Mike's out of town this week so it really doesn't take much just to feed Austin & me.

If you are trolling for dinner ideas though, I tried a GREAT new recipe several weeks ago... Swiss Mushroom Chicken. Oh, & here's another (can be a side dish, appetizer, or party food)... Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms.

some ideas: sheppards pie, quiche, and meatballs. Ive been making meatballs lately and putting a piece of cheese in the center, family loves it! I think tonight im going to have perogies.

tonight we had grilled steak: marinated in 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1tsp garlic powder, 1tsp lemon pepper seasoning-yummy!

I also did sauteed asparagus and did lemon/dill potatoes on the grill

I ended up going with spaghetti with meat sauce and sauteed mushrooms, onions and green peppers. It was fast and easy, and everyone enjoyed it. lol
