I was able to enjoy being pregnant for 3 days. I kind of suspected yesterday that this might not have a happy ending when my tests got lighter, but I was hoping it was just a fluke. My temperature plummeted this morning, my test was negative, and the spotting has already started. I expect the full flow bleeding to hit before the end of today or tomorrow at the latest.
We're crushed, but we aren't giving up. We'll be NTNP for one cycle and then back to Clomid the following cycle.

I'm so sorry. Why haven't they figured out the cause yet so this stops happening?

Just bad luck according to the doctor. Every test they have done since day one has come back normal. The only thing that hasn't been perfectly normal was progesterone which was slightly lower than normal but shouldn't cause 'significant' problems. And that seems to have straightened out since I took Clomid. It's frustrating to say the very least, but I know that it is eventually going to happen.
