There aren't any confirmed cases here....YET. Matt, my BIL and my FIL work with a lot of Mexicans who are back and forth across the border quite frequently. BIL was in the ER last night with flu symptoms. They did test him for swine ful (blood test) and are waiting for the results. In the mean time he is undergoing treatment as if it was swine flu, so it's possible that he just might be the first (or one of the first) confirmed cases in Iowa.

Are there any confirmed cases of swine flu in your state? no, i live in canada and i think they said theres only 6 in canada but none in ontario where i live thank goodness
Do you think you or anyone in your area are at risk for swine flu? maybe, hard to say, a lot of people from here travel there for holidays (its SOOO cold here in the winter)
