LOL, actually looks like I ovulated CD18 as my temp shot up today!

1ed85b Ovulation Charts

I had one spare OPK left that I used yesterday too ...which was neg but now I know why as that was ov day!

I didn't have time to ask before but I have been cramping for days...is that normal? Stupid I know but suddenly I can't remember if I have had pre-ov cramping so much more? I looked on my last 2 cycles data but i never wrote anything? But anyhoo, a pretty big cramp in the wee hours this morning. Now I am wondering if I should take my progesterone ASAP or tonight (might absorb better and be less messy laying down sleeping) or wait until I get another high temp to make abso sure I ovulated????

(ooh, 'nother cramp now. Kinda weird cos it reminds me more of pre-AF???)

A lot of things can cause cramping, including general irritation from BD'ing. I hope that's all it is. Good luck!

Yay! Glad you Oed!!! Could it be O cramps? I don't really know... sorry!

I'd probably wait a day just to make sure you Oed but you know you're body & if you are 99% sure you Oed then I'm sure it's safe!!!! Oooooh, I so hope this works for you!

Yeah I do get Ov-cramps but these were more general than pinpointed as normal. Usually I can even tell which side I ovulate on...

Anyhoo, took the gamble and used the prog last night. That other article did say to use it within 48hrs of ovulating for the most effect.

Just praying it extends my cycle! We b'ded good timing and without stress this cycle but I am trying to focus on correcting my LP rather than getting hopes up for a BFP.
Scary to think if it doesn't work I have to wait 6mths to get clomid!

Maybe you O'd on both sides. It's less likely, but definitely possible. I hope the progesterone does the trick.

Is that really possible? Cos it did feel like that - a definite left twinge then later on the right. I was gonna say so here but thought I'd sound too silly! lol

Would that bring non-identical twin possibilities? yikes?

Hey Jo! I just thought i'd say that my sister had non identical twins. They came about because (according to the doc) she ovulated twice days apart! Not sure if it was the same ovary or both. But anyway.....saw on your chart 'P' and assumed it was 'Progesterone' lol really hope this works for you!!!!

lol, I'd have to laugh at having twins! Would be funny that I was made to wait so long only to get my 2nd AND 3rd baby together!
It would be really scary (not sure if I could manage breastfeeding two demanding babies!) but I would take what I get right now!
And yep, just discovered how to add the P for progesterone on my chart today! I am hoping so much that it works (I will so love going back to the doc who said it wouldn't and saying 'look, I got my BFP') but I just wish I could switch my head off for the next few days. I brought some HPT's today (3pk) and will prob do one at 9dpo then 11..then, I don't know, will have to see if my AF holds off longer than that!

Send me an update on your situation! Do you know what is happening/happened yet?

Got a nice high temp today, 8dpo, so better than last cycle but still a few days before I can feel safe yet! Had some overall aching-feeling and I think cramping might be starting but hard to tell as maybe I'm just too anxious. Waiting is sooo hard!

lol, I would love it if you got pregs unaided simply because you were relaxed and not expecting it!

I'm getting sooo anxious now! I keep thinking 'what if it doesn't work?' (the progesterone) ...I've tried everything I can now except clomid which they won't give me for 6 months. I'm scared because if I don't at least extend my cycle I'm heading for a huge depression (sorry to sound so glum)

I would love that too but really I'm kinda hoping that (getting pg naturally) happens later... it'd just make more sense. Okay, here's the story...
I really really want 2 more but DH isn't keen on it. He doesn't think it's a horrible idea but I think he's more worried about supporting 2 more than anything. Anyway, so we are TTC until we finally have a baby but I think with my medical issues we are leaning toward no BC in the future so my hope is that somehow, by a miracle from God, I conceive naturally later on so I get my 2 children! If we got pg naturally now we'd have to seriously consider whether or not we need some sort of BC later but as it stands right now I doubt I'll get pg without Clomid unless God really really really wante dme to!

haha, we're sooo on the same page again! I was hoping to have two children and then a third later. Now I am just going to be happy to get a second and I have been thinking the same as you....with my cycle issues I am definitely not going to worry about BC. In some ways it will be a blessing and yet if I fall pregs, with a third, unexpectantly it would be very welcome.
Of course, if I decide not to wait I should also know what I need (ie progesterone or clomid) to make it happen in the future.
