well,

Today is the 5th day off clomid. I am waiting to o now. I got the clear blue easy digital with the happy faces to take out some of the guess work in the line comparisons with the answer brands. I dont remember the clomid making me so tired after taking it but it sure kicked my butt this time. the hot flashes are definately a fun thing We woke up this morning and I refuse to put my heat on this early in the year so DF started griping at me when the thermostat read 40 degrees. He said thats where he draws the line lololol I told him look mister, if i have to sweat all night then he has to freeze! I cant help it that its sooooo hot! he's too funny sometimes. How is everyone doing this cycle???

The more you take Clomid the stronger the effects are. What you said is exactly why I took mine first thing in the morning. By the time I went to bed the worst of the side effects were behind me so I could sleep. Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sleep and it would've been so much worse. Hopefully you catch that eggie!

CD 11 here, my 5th day off Clomid too (maybe that's why I've been sooooooooo HOT lately )... I took mine on days 2-6. EWCM just started today!

Today is day 4 of Clomid for me, so not far behind you guys. I'm on CD 8 and feeling a bit crampy in my ovaries on the right side already. Hopefully that's a good sign. I've been exhausted and really warm too. I was really crabby at work tonight too. From the meds I'm sure.

Good luck to both of you!

hopefully I won't need Clomid if I catch before then with just the progesterone...but useful to know the side-effects (and about taking morn better to sleep by night)

LOL to you being hot and him cold. We're kinda opposite here normal, DH alwasy hot me always cold, so it might just level us up! haha

Anyhoo...feeling hopeful this cycle but still scared of 'failure' though the progesterone seems to temper my usual downs and moods in the 2WW so I handled it better this cycle past.

Definitely due a BFP-rush this month on this board!

I am really happy and excited to be having a baby although knowing Im going it alone this time is a bit daunting and scary!
