Do you feel that charting stresses you more or makes you feel better knowing what is going on?
Well I think for me its kinda both. When I don't have to get up I don't want to get up to temp. So sometimes that creates an issue for me. And come the end of my cycle if Im going to start af or get a bfp, well that temp dip or spike kinda make or break my day. But I am happy to know what is going on with my body.
Do you feel that charting stresses you more or makes you feel better knowing what is going on? I am way more stressed out if I don't chart. I NEED to know what is going on with my cycle.
