Does yourDH/SO know when you are late? Only if I remind him, or he calculates it. I think he knows about when I am but not the exact day.
DoesDH/SO get annoyed with your obsessing? No not at all. I don't know that I really do.

Does yourDH/SO keep track of your cycle? somewhat. he has a general idea of when ovulation will occur and when AF is due.
Does yourDH/SO know when you are late? Close. not the exact day, but he knows when AF is getting close to being due. Though I wonder if he will realize it if I don't have my typical AF mood swings. lol
Does DH/SO get annoyed with your obsessing? Annoyed, not really. He does think I stress myself out too much. He thinks I should....*grits teeth*....RELAX more.

He somewhat knows about my cycle and is on pins and needles with me when AF is due. As long as we have been doing this he is a bit more understanding of how stressful this process is for me.
