I have been trying to conceive my second child for 27 months. This month I was on follistm, and had the hcg injection for ovulation when my follicles were 18, 16 and 14. My estrodil was 430 and then had 2 more hcg booster injections, my progesterone level was 22.1 this month, the highest it has ever been. I have been having mild cramps since the day of my iui and I am now 9days past my iui and on cycle day 26. Can anyone please give me their numbers and let me know if they had a bfp or not? I cannot test until 11/23/2009. Thank you for any help or advice any one can give me.

Unfortunately, none of those numbers can predict whether you will end up pregnant or not. The Estrodial number is usually 200 per every mature follicle, and progesterone can only tell you whether your body is able to support a possible pregnancy. They all sound great, though, so I'd say your chances are good!

Have you had any iui's? I am 9 days post iui and on cycle day 26. I have been a little crampy and do not know if it AF or not. I hear that you may cramp even if you are pregnant. I cannot take a PG test until Monday due to the booster shots.

I haven't had an IUI YET, but with those numbers, it sounds like you have a good chance. I hope it turns out a BFP for you! Good luck!

The only one I can comment on is the progesterone & it looks GREAT! My dr (an OB ) wants it above a 12 & the cycle that I got pg I think mine was a 17 so 20-something is AWESOME, IMO. I've only eve done clomid up till this point.
