I was kind of disappointed in that one. lol Too much fat and calories compared to what I normally would have chosen. I forgot to take my food though and it was on sale, so I didn't have alot of choices. lol

BREAKFAST: Two breakfast burritos (wheat tortillas, scrambled eggs, green peppers, onions, low fat sour cream and salsa) 16 ounces of water.
SNACK:Carrot sticks and ranch dressing. 8 ounces.
LUNCH: Turkey sandwich on wheatberry/honey bread and mustard 16 ounces of water.
SNACK: no snack. 8 ounces of water.
DINNER: Subway!! 6" Tuna on Honey Oat (no cheese) lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, black olives (no dressing) Baked Lays Sour cream and onion. 21 ounces of Coke. 8 ounces of water.
SNACK: 1 med. Braeburn apple 8 ounces of water.

WATER: 64 ounces of water total (WOOT!)
EXERCISE:I didn't get a chance to "exercise" today, but it was truck day at work and we move insane amounts of weight on truck days!

FEELINGS/COMMENTS: Another great day! I feel great about the decisions I made today. At Subway I usually buy one of the $5 footlongs and say that I will eat half now and half later. In the end I usually end up eating the whole thig....and chips, and then feeling like a pig. Today, I stuck to my diet and only got the 6 inch though!

Well I'm sure it got worked off with that mile walk you done! I hope to start riding a bike to work next year when the weather is more predictable (lots of rain this time of year).

Another really good one is just scrambled eggs, black beans, sour cream and salsa in a wheat tortilla. My family LOVES them.

As for the banquet meals. I love them too, but they are so not diet friendly! lol

Jo, I am going to start riding my bike again in the spring. I can't wait. I really enjoy riding, but I haven't done it in a long time.
