This is our first weigh-in ladies! Go ahead and weigh-in to get your official starting weight for our journeys. Also, if you are going to do measurements (which I HIGHLY recommend) today would be a good day to do that too. I will weigh in and do measurements first thing in the morning. I won't get to post pictures until Tuesday though when Matt is here to help me take the pictures.

Whoooo,,,so excited to get started!!!

STARTING WEIGHT: 161lbs
GOAL WEIGHT: 126lbs
DIFFERENCE: 35lbs

Was 168lbs last week, as I started my slimfast diet then so have lost 7lbs already apparently? Hmmm...seems alot? But I did switch scales cos I used a non-digital one last week but it seems to say a different thing depending where you place it on the floor! So I rushed out and brought a new battery for my old digital scales. Therefore maybe not as much as 7lbs. Was expecting about 4lbs....but its 161lbs from today so will now look forward to next week!!

STARTING WEIGHT:
176ish (I use a rotary scale, i.e. not a digital one but really want a digital but refuse to spend the money on one right now)

GOAL WEIGHT:
150 is my first goal though I would really like to see myself get down to 135, anything smaller than that would be too small!

DIFFERENCE:
1st goal (of 150): 26 lbs (hey, that sounds do-able )
Ultimate goal (of 135): 41 lbs

BTW, I've lost weight recently too... about 4 lbs b/c just a few weeks ago I was weighing 180! Oh & my heaviest weight for the record was 196 so in all since being dx & treated for hypo I've lost 20 lbs to date! I just like to throw that in there but it makes me feel like I have at least accomplished something!

LOL...thats what I thought! Usually, here, we only do it by stones and pounds but when I converted it into just pounds - and the difference - I thought wow, that doesn't seem so bad.
