So, after reading Stefs article on water I was thinking some questions:

Do you like water?
How much do you drink?
Know any interesting facts?

I've never liked water that much but I switched from drinking a can of coke on my break at work for a cup of water quite a few months back. You have to have a card to use the snack and drink machines and my card broke! I was glad though cos it stopped me going 'oh, stuff it, I'll have a Mars bar!' at random times lol. Now I can only have what I take (a pack of crisps - you call chips I believe? - and an apple) and they have a water machine.

A few times I have tried to get into drinking water at home but I tend to drink LESS as my mind shuts off from reaching for something I don't want! However, interesting, but I always chilled my water thinking it makes it taste more crisp and nice. After reading Stefs article - it said you may find you drink more with warm (or rather, non-chilled) water and today I tried it and yes, actually preferred it!
I have drank about 30oz today and will have my usual cup at work later! I know thats far off the 64+ your supposed to drink but it was a start!

Do you like water? In the beginning no but I have found that it is an aquired taste so yes, now I do like water.
How much do you drink? I used to drink at least 1 Liter or 33.8 oz a day at work but since becoming a SAHM back in March of this year quit & probably only drink 2 at most twice a day, with lunch & dinner. And a lot of the times I would have a coke or something during one or even both of those meals.
Know any interesting facts? Nope, not really.

I've drank about half of my 1 Liter bottle today. My goal for today is to drink the 1 Liter bottle. I want to eventually work up to 64 oz but not immediately since I seriously think that is going to be hard on me. Mike likes to drink room temperature water... I can't stand it actually. My water has to be super cold or I don't like it. I LOVE cold cold cold drinks.

I find drinking it with dinner/lunch helps but I find it impossible to drink if eating out. You know, like, if you pop into Subway you gotta have a coke not ask for water! blugh!
Although Subway is out now anyways for me!

But also, I won't let my daughter have coke (or other fizzy drinks) and it gets harder cos she wants to share with me. The last two times I went to Subway I did ask for an OJ instead so we could share it. But that was early breakfast time (a treat after going docs). Much harder to make the 'healthy' choice at lunchtime! lol
