Ok, well, I know this sounds kinda stupid but.....should I add another snack to my daily allowance (DA)? Only.....I do seem to be losing a bit too fast? (9lbs since last Tuesday) I know thats a GOOD thing and that it does come off quicker at first and I am probably just losing water (as I am drinking almost a litre a day). I'm not bloated as I usually am at this time in my cycle.....

My DA at the mo is two slim fast milkshakes, one dinner, a packet of crisps (chips as you say) and a piece of fruit. And 2-3 sugar-free toffees (from diabetic section of chemist).

Should I allow one more 'snack' like another piece of fruit or bag of crisps/chips?

I'm not feeling overly hungry as I space it out quite well and drink water to feel more full up. Although the days I work I feel I need a bit extra, like today? Should I just add a snack if I feel I need too otherwise don't if I am OK?

I am by no means an expert but... if you feel like you need it, I don't think adding one extra snack will hurt. It's better NOT to starve yourself.

Keeping it light is the key. What kind of chips are you meaning? Like potato fried chips? Because that is not a good snack. Fruit, or something like that. Dried fruit with some almonds is good, yogurt with some wheat germ or granola is good, and fiber one makes a really yummy bar that is only 130 calories.

Also in your first week, to about three weeks, you will loose a lot of water. I lost 18lbs my first week. Course I am doing a different plan then anyone here, but its normal to loose quite a bit if you are drinking a lot of water and are around 1100-1300 calories a day.

Sounds like your doing great, and honestly unless your feeling hungry, I wouldn't add anything.

Yeah, Thanks. I really haven't felt all that hungry at all, except Thursday when i allowed myself that extra snack.
They are potato chips I have but very light and small bag. Very low in sugar and fat (and cals).

I almost broke, again, today cos of AF showing up and feeling sad but I am trying my best to be strong. I thought if I give in now and break it then I will easily give up altogether and I really don't want to!
