Increasing Fertility and Maintaining Pregnancy Naturally

Bit of a read but might prove interesting! I found it by accident when looking for more info on Maca Root.

Hi. Im Jolene. 31 years old. I suffered three years of a short luteal phase and didnt think I could get pregnant again without medical assistance but fell pregnant by accident and naturally. I am really happy and excited to be having a baby although knowing Im going it alone this time is a bit daunting and scary!

Thanks for this very interesting article Hun,

I wonder if I am over loading myself with progesterone as I take maca and Vitex?

By the way I learnt the other day from another group I was a member of that peas causes infertility??? have a look on the dreaded GOOGLE.

"A natural chemical in peas (m-xylohydroquinone) can stop you from getting pregnant - and peas are being studied as a possible natural contraceptive."

Ooooh, looks interesting. I'll have to read it later when I have time.

Peas, really??? I NEVER would have known. I don't eat them anyway but I wonder if anything else has that that I do eat???

No, it does say you can't over-do the progesterone! The more you have of that the healthier a pregnancy! Its Estrogen you have to watch out for. Thats the one that lowers your temp and shouldn't be higher than progesterone!

Interesting how it says that for TRUE progesterone tests it should be taken by saliva, not blood!

But how can you tell your docs these things when they have their own ideas what to do with you throughout your pregnancy?

I've said it before - but I recommend we should all try progesterone cream when we get bfp's. If we still mc then we didn't lose anything by trying...but if we carry to full term? Well....
