I am going to start posting weekly challenges for us to do. I will post them on Sunday evenings, and then you keep track of it all week long. One week might be jumping jacks, or push-ups or nutritional challenges like log you water ounces. There will also be smaller challenges like try a certain type of food and share a recipe. Anyway... each challenge will have a point value. I'll keep track of the points and at the end of 3 months, who ever has the most points will get a prize. I'll also have blinkies for the weekly challenge winners too. Sound like fun? Is everyone in?
