This challenge has gotten me to look at labels a little more so it is def helping!

Today I actually bought 2 microwave diet/health friendly meals for my do it yourself nights...

I also bought 2 oranges & the Dark Chocolate Coconut Bars I told you about last week (
Kashi : Our food : TLC Fruit & Grain Bars, Dark Chocolate Coconut).
I also found some Weight Watchers ice cream & other desserts that I may just buy at some point!
