So what are some of your favorite diet friendly microwave meals? There are so many to choose from that it's a challenge to sort through the ones that ACTUALLY taste good. I've eaten Lean Cuisine meals in the past & some are GREAT while others just don't do it for me so I was wondering... What's YOUR favorite???

Lean pockets are one of my faves. (I like them all) but honestly, I usually eat the same things as I am fixing for everyone else, just smaller portions, and I fix them in a healthier way now.

For example, I us all turkey burger 97/3 instead of hamburger. I don't fry anything anymore (other than browning the turkey which I then drain any fat off and rinse as well before adding it to the other food). I bake or grill just about everything now. I don't use oil unless I absolutely have too and then I use EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL which is a bit more pricey, but much better for you. I also make spaghetti and stuff like that more nutritious and stretch it further by adding tons of veggies (green pepper, onion, mushroom and tomato) to the sauce. I've switch almost entirely to whole grains and wheat for EVERYTHING, bread, crackers, pastas.....everything. Some of these changes are a bit more pricey, but when it's lasting longer, and you aren't buying all the junk food, it kind of balances out most of the time.

I'm really only asking so that I have something during my do it yourself nights that is healthier than hotdogs (my typical food on those nights ).

The pizza I bought yesterday (LEAN CUISINE® Casual Eating Classics | Roasted Garlic Chicken Pizza-Wood Fire Style) is absolutely delicious!!! Small but I think I'm just used to abnormally large portions, iykwim.
