For our first weekly challenge, let's do cardio! Log your cardio minutes for the week. The person with the most minutes at the end of the week gets a blinkie! Remember, anything that gets your heart pumping (walking at more than a leisurely pace, jogging, running, jumping jacks, eliptical.... anything) counts as cardio!
