I have.

In terms of ovulation it won't help. It is an AFTER ov hormone which is supposed to extend your cycle if it is short like mine or help an attached egg stay attached!

For me it never lengthened my cycle (otherwise I'd still use it) but it DID increase my post-ov temps so it did do something.

For ovulation you could try some of the fertility herbs out there which 'balance hormones'. I know people who have had success with Agnus Castus.

I did try it once. It didn't help. My RE said that the OTC stuff is so weak that if you do have a progesterone problem, that likely isn't going to be strong enough anyway.

Jo is right that it's something you use AFTER ovulation, so no, it won't help with ovulation. You might try MACA ROOT or VITEX which is also known as CHASTE TREE or AGNUS CASTUS. They are supposed to help reduce PMS symptoms and many believe they do help with ovulation.

I forget if your U.S or U.K? I think U.S so I think you could prob find it somewhere but for me (UK) I had to order it online. I think it is better to do so anyways cos you can 'shop around' for the best price.

Same with the herbal remedies or else health-shops or shops specialising in vitamins should do them.

Vitex Chasteberry Supplements | Puritan's Pride

I have the pill form. Haven't tried it yet though. I ordered it and then my RE started me on Clomid before I could try it. I'm going to use it during the next couple cycles though.

Puritan also has MACA. I might have to try is soon if Jo gets a BFP on it too!
