STARTING WEIGHT: as of 2 years ago, 196, but as of the start of this challenge 176ish
LAST WEEKS WEIGHT: 174ish
THIS WEEKS WEIGHT: 174ish when I weighed this morning & then went to the dr & was spot on 174, even after lunch & all that
DIFFERENCE: 0... holding steady!
Oh, & guess what... I found a $10 coupon for a digital scale of $19.99 or more so I MAY be buying me a digital scale. IDK though. I hate to spend $10 on something that I probably don't REALLY need but it would help tremendously with tracking my weight loss/gain AND it's only $10, which for a digital scale is pretty good!
